Mash at 148-150F
Changed the bittering hops from Summit to CTZ and backed off the bittering ibus a bit. Plus I halfed the 2 lbs of corn sugar he added and got rid of the Crystal 40. Because Booo crystal! The Simcoe and Amarillo combo is pretty incredible, great balance of dank and fruity! Will make again for sure
