Notes
Shoot for mash pH of 5.3. Adjust with lactic acid additions. Only add 5 grams of warrior hop after flame out to minimize bitterness. Chill to 170 then whirlpool for 20 minutes. Chill to pitching temp, record gravity reading then pitch yeast. Shake for 1-2 minutes. Use blow off tube or else this will erupt.
