1 oz culinary lavender at flameout and zest of 1 lemon at flameout- steep 20 minutes- this amount of high grade lavender produces a brew best suited for a shandy. If you want one that has less aggressive lavender taste, perhaps .25 or .33 ounce of lavender. This lavender was from Penzy's.
