Boil for 75-90 minutes, adding the first hops so that they boil for 60 minutes and the second hops so they boil for 15 minutes.
Pitch with an ample starter of Chico Ale (Wyeast American Ale or White Labs California Ale) yeast or a common British strain such as London Ale yeast.
Ferment at 65-70° F
