Notes

The main intent behind this Pale Ale is "inspired" shopping at your LHBS. The base of this recipe remains the same, 9lbs of Pale or Pilsner Malt and 2.5 Lbs or Malted/Flaked Rye and .5lb of some kind of crystal or coloring malt. I have found that Special B seems to be my favorite!!

I generally like it with Citrus-y West Coast hops, but the great thing about this recipe is that you can adjust the hops to what you want! Noble, Australian, English anything you like!
