mill 3 bags plus the partials up top. If the number is slightly off of 180# plus or minus do not worry. No hops UNTIL whirlpool. Take 7 gallons less than normal from sparge and top with 10 cold gallons that are waiting in the walk in and the remainder with cold water from the hose at whirlpool. After all cold water is added, add whirlpool additions. Allow to steep for 30 minutes.
