Notes
Dry-hopped blue moon clone. Hazy/cloudy because it's a wheat beer. Great hop flavor & aroma, citrusy, refreshing. Excellent summer beer.
Directions:
Heat 6.7 gallons of strike water to 161F
Mash in and ensure kettle reaches 155F.
Mash for 60 minutes.
Bring to a boil, add Hallertau. Set timer for 50 minutes.
At end of timer, add crushed coriander. Set timer for 5 minutes.
At the end of timer, add orange peel. Set timer for 5 minutes.
At the end of timer, cool to 100F as quickly as possible.
Put in fermenter bucket, allow to cool to pitching temps in fermenter.
Pitch yeast.
Ferment 10 days or until SG is stable.
Keg and enjoy.
