This is inspired by Lagunitas DayTime IPA. Really shouldn't be labeled IPA, This is essentially a hoppy light beer using Glucoamylase in the mash @ a rate of 1 gram per gallon to make low FG and low carb. See HBT thread about this beer and the process.
