Bake sanitized Clementine peels (remove pith) at 225F for 40 mins
Steep grains in 3 gals spring water at 154F for 60 mins
Rinse with 2 quarts spring water at 170F
Top off with 1.5 gals boiling spring water, once grains removed/rung out of kettle
Add hops/extras per schedule
Chill to 70F using wort chiller, xfer to carboy
Top off to achieve 1.045OG
(3.2 gals, post-boil at 1.06 at 68.5F
Calculator suggests adding 1 gals to get to 4.25 gals to get to 1.045
Added 3 quarts -> 1.046 @ 67F
