Mash at 145.F raise to 151.F for ~75 minutes,
sparge with 2 gal cool RO water.
Boil for 60 minutes with 1st hop addition
Let sit overnight,

sparge with 2.5 Gal @X filtered tap water at ~150.F
SG 1.065 , 15.8 4 Gal , added .75 Gal 2X Filtered tap H20 with 15 minutes left in boil (refractometer)
Boil for 45 minutes following hop schedule,
11:15 yeast starter with 1000 ML of wort, chilled to ~ 60.F,
put on stir plate
032719 Pitched yeast and set brewjacket
04032019 Fermentation temp went up to about 68.F but should have averaged ~65. F at most, 3 days at 60.F
Racked to 5 Gal keg, approx 4.5 gallons.
SG 1.006~
Refractometer 7, 1.025 ?,
Lager keg in Kegerator at 36.F
