Notes

Mash with 4.65 Gallons
Sparge with 1.35 Gallons

No salt additions to the water

Add whirlfloc with 5 mins left in the boil.

Mash in around 157
Target Mash temp of 152

Add whirlpool hops at 180*

When cooling, recirculate back into the kettle. Once temp is 70 use the hop spider and auto siphon to pull wort from the top instead of the bottom. Hopefully the we will create a cold break and leave trub in the kettle.

Fine with gelatin in the keg.
