First batch produced 9 gallons of wort.
Pre-boil Gravity: 1.060 (62% efficiency)
Boiled until 8 gallons and then started the hop addition.
Batch size in fermentor roughly 5 gallons due to the hop's water absorption and debris.
Next brew should collect 10 gallons of wort (which should bring up the efficiency).
Boil until 9 gallons (60 minutes).
Then start the 60 minute hop addition.
