Add the Amyloglucosidase Enzyme 20 minutes into the mash.
Add additional yeast nutrient after 2-3 days in primary.
Add Amarillo hops after 2-3 days in primary for 4-5 days.
Increase fermentation temperature from 68 to 71 after 3 days.
Add Nelson Sauvin to secondary for 4-5 days.
