Mash Low and slow(145-150F for 90min). Make a healthy starter. Ferment at 55F for a week then up the temp to 63F to finish. Then Immediately cold crash to 34F for 1-2weeks(no Secondary needed) You will be left with super clear, Crisp Lager like beer. If you really hate lagering but love lagers this is the yeast strain to choose.
