Notes

3-23-19- Pre boil SG was 1.032, but I think my SG measuring device is off.
I did not spare with 175 degree water, but rather sparged with hot tap water. That is why I took the infusion up to 175 at the end. It did take forever to sparg. Not sure if that was temp related or my brew kettle holes were clogged.

3-23-19-Post Boil SG was 1.06, with about a 6 gallon batch. Bonus.
3-23-19 - Chilled to 78 degrees and pitched yeast. Will add Lemon peal soaked in lemon vodka during secondary fermentation.
4-7-19 - put in secondary fermenter. 1.015 SG. Adding Texas oranges soaked in lemon vodka. Hops already has given it a citrus flavor. Its taste good.
5-7-19
Put in keg. Very clear, and great lemon taste. Going to let it sit for 5 days before I force carbonate.
