Notes
  1. Mash in @ 117 F with 3.5 gal (frulic acid rest) 10-15 minutes
  2. Mix and pull 1/3 of the mash (with max grains but not min water) to start two different mashes...

    Main Mash (2/3 of the mash) -- "m"
    Decoct mash (1/3 of the mash) -- "d"

    1m. Add 1.7 gallons of boiling water --> 150 F
    1d. While m sits, heat to 158 while stirring constantly and hold for 20, then boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Combine m and d, and hold for 10 minutes. The dream is 155 F.
  4. Mash out at 170 F with 2.25 gallons water. 10 minutes
  5. Sparge with 1.25 gals at 170.
