4 oz of Brewer’s Best liquid grapefruit flavoring is added to the secondary along with dry hops.
One week primary then transfer. Another week in secondary before kegging at serving pressure for 3-4 days.
Citrus flavors are awesome but not overwhelming. Perfect summer beer.
Note: The “amber” LME is actually Maris Otter LME. I couldn’t find the appropriate option in the pull down menu.
