Notes

Brewed 03/30/19. Mash in with 15 L and 2 g gypsum at 161, temp settles at 152 and drops to 148 after 1 hour. Add 2.2 L of water at 152 before running off.

Add 3.5 gallons of 180 water, temp settles to 162 F; need to increase temp to 185 - 190 next time. Also need to add more like 4 gallons, as fell short of 27 L wort volume.

Added 2 g of gypsum to boil.

First whirlpool was more like 170 F, second 165 F; when cooling to first whirlpool aim for a temp 10 degrees or so higher than target.

Cooled to 66 F, pitched, temp rose to 68 at high krausen.

Dry hopped with 1 oz simcoe, 1 oz chinook and 1.5 oz hop hash on 4/15; racked to keg and placed at 32 F on 5/21.
