Added 4ml lactic acid to mash. After mash, added 30g acid blend and an extra .25oz salt to wort, boiled, chilled to 115 degrees, added good belly, covered and sealed. Fermented two days before boiling with hops. Added two quarts of hibiscus and guava concentrated tea to half the batch after krausen fell.
