Notes
Added 2 packets of Mangrove Jack enzyme at 1.024. Came down to 1.014 in 5 days.
Roast grains were a bit hash at first but after 5 weeks bottle age had smoothed out beautifully. Really nice black beer, leaning a bit more towards a stout than a traditional black IPA.
