Here is the hopping schedule after (.5oz cascade) bittering:
- 2 oz (1oz each Cascade/Tahoma) at flameout
- After 10 minutes, drop to 180 add 4 oz (2oz each Cascade/Tahoma)
- Stand 1/2 hour, cool, transfer to fermenter pitch yeast
