3/24/20 used distilled water with added salts. 4.8 gallons mash, 4.3 gallon sparge. Pre boil just over 6.5g. Post boil 6. Fermenter 5.5. First time using drain mod. Mash pH 5.1 with out lactic acid

9/20 OG 1.060 FG 1.018 5.5% Did dry hop day 2. And same schedule as above
