Notes

Dry-hopping with Palisade was a last minute decision, spurred by a) a worry the Crystal by itself would be too monotonous and b) the arrival of a batch of hops including Palisade. And it works well. There's a big, smooth, bitter tea-like background from the Crsytal, with a hint of fruitiness from the Palisade to give it lift.
