Notes
- Steep the grains in 2.5g of water @ 150° for 25 minutes
- Pull the grains, let it drain, don't sparge.
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add the LME and the corn sugar. Return to a boil
- Add the 1oz of the El Dorado.
- Boil for 30 minutes
- Add the 1oz of Cluster
- Boil for 30 minutes
- Terminate boil. Cool to 70°
- Ferment. When fermentation is complete rack to a secondary.
- Add 2oz barrel chips.
- Let it sit for another week.
