Notes
Porter was brewed on 4/3/19. Carabello's roasted (3/26/19) Qore Honey Ethiopian 09 was be added during secondary KO (4/17/19). Coffee was freshly ground (2lbs, Baraza Encore setting 32) and added to brew kettle at approximately 192ºF at an 8:1 ratio. Coffee was cooled through the Heat Ex and added to secondary at a 7% concentration... (we took small wort samples and add the coffee extract at various concentrations to determine the final concentration needed for the secondary).
