Notes

Goût de cerise sucrée mais aucune cerise dans la recette. La fumée et l'amertume sont bien balancées et subtiles. Le Jarrylo, ou autres variétées très terreuses au boil vont bien avec le style.

Cette recette n'a pas besoin de beaucoup de tweaking à mon goût (JK)...Excellente.
