**Trying dunk sparging for the first time in order to try and increase efficiency by a few percentage points. Going with a room temp sparge water. Treating both the mash and sparge water proportionally (77% of salts in mash; 23% of salts in sparge)
Water profile: Ca=119; Cl=127; SO4=111
