Notes
a) 3/8 oz (10.6 g) del ingrediente secreto (debidamente molido "Finely grinded") se añadiran al apagar la hornilla.
b) Luego de que el Krauzen caiga, preparar 3/8 oz o menos de MJ, debidamente molido, y una pisca de Pottasium Meta-bisulphit. Añadirle agua hasta sumergirla. Tapar la mezcla y dejarla reposar por al menso una hora.
c) Luego de la hora, con cuidado de no perder el material solido, descartar el liquido verde.
d) Añadir el material al fermentador junto con 1 oz de whole leaf. Puede ser Belma (woody/grassy), Simcoe (pino) o Amarillo (Citrico/frutoso). El autor prefiere Belma.
e) Dejar en el fermentador 10 dias adicionales. Mover el fermentador diariamente para resuspender los HOPS y la MJ.
f) Embotellar siguiendo las direcciones basicas de embotellaje o Kegging.
