Notes
Cold steep chocolate and black wheat with 1.5qt water (boiled 15 min then cooled) 48 hrs in advance.
Mash at 151 for 60 minutes. Sparge with 170F water for 60 min.
Add steeped grains with 10 min left in boil.
Primary fermentation 10 days at 168F.
Secondary fermentation 11 days at 68F.
