Notes
Fill kettle with 2.5 gallons of water and add steeping grains. Steep until temperature reaches 112 F and hold temperature for 10 minutes. Continue to raise temperature and remove steeping grains when temperature reaches 170 F. Bring to boil and add extracts. Add hops at specified intervals. Cool wort to 65 degrees and very slightly under pitch the yeast, approximately 4/5ths of Wyeast packet (do not break the starter pack before pitching). Ferment at 68 degrees for until Final Gravity is reached (about 7-14 days).
