Notes
Hops were added as continous- first warrior for the first 25 minutes, then all mixed continuosly at 35 minutes. Missed the temp (again) and mashed at 152 or so. Too much wort in the boil- ended up with 5.75 gallons or so. Fermentation was very vigorous, starting right away. Temp got up to nearly 80 degrees, so I used a swamp cooler to get it down to 64-66.
