this recipe ended up being kind of strange. When the beer was carbonated and ready to drink it still had a hot alcohol flavor that took a few weeks to get rid of. By that time it had been long enough with me being too lazy to bottle immediately and the need to drink IPAs while theyre green to diminish most of the hop presence. ended up being a weird sort of carmelly amber ale tasting thing. This was my first shot at making my own recipe so what do you expect.
