Notes

Measured Gravity- 1.019, removed last of yeast (3rd 16 oz jar) and added oak and whisky 2/18/19. Tasted nice, very smooth. Have had a hard time keeping temperatures up- has been low 60’s for the last couple of weeks and thus no active fermentation.
