Notes

A makeup recipe based on what I have, wanting a light summer beer.
Using Coopers International series yeast, which I'm informed is about half real Lager yeast, probably the standard Saflager. Using 2 packs as they're dated 2016 and 2017 though have both been in the fridge since purchase.
