Notes
  • Use 6-10lbs of peaches. If using frozen, let them thaw, then puree in a blender with vodka.

  • Add peach puree (recommend using a bag or container to contain the sludge) after primary fermentation has completed, and leave them for 5-7 days.

  • (After 5-7 days, remove bag or container that peach puree was in if you used something to contain the sludge.) Add vanilla extract and dry hops. A hop bag or some way to filter them is recommended since siphoning later will be a mess if you don't. Leave for 3-5 days before transferring to keg or bottling.
