Notes

OG: 1.040
Brew date: 24/01/2019

Brilliant second brew on the new kit. Had the recipe down to a T as far as the gravity readings go. Nailed all the volumes too so no real reason to complain about anything.

Would be good to have this as my core pale, perhaps dial back on the wheat slightly and add some whirlpool hops.

DH/Secondary: 04/02. Hop presance more forward on the nose with the help of some fruity esters from the yeast. Very light and cloudy, like an Erdinger, very presentable. Good body but could do with a larger bittering addition.

FG: 1.010

Bottling date: 10/02 (also the date it was taken off DH, meaning it was on hops for 6 days, tasting a little dry but oh well)

Carbed to 2.8 vols.
