Mashed at 152 F for 60 mins
Boiled wort for 30 mins with 1 oz Centennial.
Added other hops after flameout @ 165 F for 30 mins.
Fermenting nicely after 6 hrs.
Planning to add Campden at bottling time too, never have but hoping it helps keep beer from turning brownish, something that has started to happen if I use a lot of hops. Going with no dry hops this time - haven't been happy with that method and will hop stand instead.
