Notes
Next time, boil 60, Replace Crystal with Tradition, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, or Helga, replace .5 sugar and .5 honey with 1 lb extract (pilsner) and 1lb wheat.
Start with Pilsner, amber, and Magnum. at 10 add wheat and light dme. at 5 add hallertau. At whirlpool add honey.
