Nailed it, maybe 1037
used 12g of dex per 1250ml beer to prime.(.5% abv so final abv would be around 4.9%.
Tasting-9/10 awesome simple sessional beer, bitterness was balanced, nice honey nose, light dry body & the yeast was the star of the show.
Very yummy & so easy to make.
