I put in 1/4oz of Mosiac at yeast pitch and day 2 of Fermentation I put in the remainder of the oz of Mosiac and 1oz each of Citra and Amarillo. Fermentation seems to be slowing at this date and will dry hop again with the remaining 1oz each of mosaic, citra and amarillo at the end of the week. The Aroma in my fermentation room is unbelievable!
PutnamBrew • 02/09/2019 at 02:47pm Just tapped and tasted this one! Holy cow, the aroma is intense from the second you start pouring! Currently hazy but not turbid. Very nice citrus and juicy flavors. I think I may back down the .5oz of magnum for bittering next time to either 1/4 oz or None at all. Aroma is intense mango, stonefruit with a bit of dankness but not much. Very nice hazy copper color. We'll see how long the haze stays around. I'll definitely be making this one again.
