Notes
Used Brulo's quick lager method on this. 45 degrees for 5-6 days, then bumping up to 68 over 3-4 days. Crash and gelatin fine. ready to drink in 14 days!
Last brewed on 09/25/21. Used 50 degrees for 5 days, then set to 68 and let it free rise and gelatin fine when done.
