Blended 5 gal into 10 gal of American Barleywine already existing in the barrel. After barrel aging, split into the following 5 gal batches:
1)Bottle with no changes
2)Pitch Brett C and allow to age further in glass carboy
3)Steep on orange peel and cardamom, bottle with maple syrup
