Considerations & Modifications
A). John indicated a level of sensitivity to wheat, thus oats were the preferred
A....This beer is a higher gravity than the cited origin though the grains and ratios are maintained.
B..... the mash temp is dropped from 155 to 153.
C..... Different and more hop varieties are being used, based on their terpene qualities for NEIPA's. Reference:
