Notes
Add whirlpool hops at end of boil.
Pitch yeast at 65 F, slowly ramp up to 85 F after 72 hours.
After one week, add dry hops and reduce temperature to 72 F.
After three more weeks (four weeks total), rack to secondary and add 1 oz French Oak for 4 weeks.
