Whole raspberries frozen and pasteurized before adding. Im not sure when exactly I added them but i let it sit on the raspberries for a few months

From conversation with Chris regarding the raspberry addition : "i think it was about 3 weeks in primary and then raspberries added to secondary for several months until it had the sourness I wanted. wlp630 takes a long time for the lacto to get going"
