Notes
Brewed 12/29/18 Mashed with 4 gallon at 153° 1.5 to 1 ratio. Sparged with 5.5 gallon that was boiling to start the sparge and went down to 180°. The grain bed never went above 170° with an 89% efficiency boil gravity was 1.052. The volume will be more than enough to fill a keg. Pitched onto robust porter yeast bed going in the morning at 65°.
