Notes
Mash at 68 celsius and sparge at 72 celcius another 5 liters. The OG was 1.062, FG was 1.010 so not too bad. ABV - 6.8%... I went for a 2.9 on the CO2 secondary fermenting. That was a total of 178 grams of sugar for 19.5 liters of beer. I worried it may have been too much sugar and the beers might explode. We will see in the next couple of days.
