28Dec: brewday. No IC, let BK sit with lid on outside (15F) for 3 hours then put in ferm. chamber, until morning. No cold break.
29Dec: Looks very hazy / almost milky. Added ~1gal tap water to FV then pitched yeast starter from 18Dec with wort at ~70F. Put in ferm chamber set to 68F
"Overall water report" was near dead-on for mash (original volume = 6.5gal). Additional gallon at pitch diluted ion levels down by 15%.
