candi sugar last 15 min
last 3 lbs of dme last few min
mangrove jacks 42 packet 10g
wyeast 1388 belgian strong ale liquid packet (messed up liquid yeast packet and was able to save about half of it) put another jacks packet it also(2 total)
OG was 1350 and added about 1.5 gallons of water to bring og to around 1098.
added in another pack of wyeast on second day
transfer to whiskey after about 2 weeks and let sit in secondary for 2-3 months, keg.
