Notes
Add dry hops toward end of active fermentation, when gravity is around 1.020 - 1.024. Let rest for four days or until fermentation is complete.
Cold crash to drop hops out of suspension. Rack to keg.
Notes: Used Lallemand BRY-97 West Coast Ale Yeast instead of Imperial Dry Hop. (not listed in Brewers Friend so showed Safale US-05) Changed 12 lbs of 2-row to: 1 lb - 2 row, 5.5 lbs GW Pilsner, 5.5 GW NW Pale (got the Pilsner & NW Pale free!)
For 1st brew session I added 1 oz each of Calypso and Ekuanot to the dry hop.
